What this role is about?

The BTS Performance team is responsible for the corporate financial planning solutions, our target is to improve the process, introduce automation, evaluate if current IT portfolio  is the most  suitable to achieve business objectives, draw a roadmap, and finally innovate at different scales (from minor enhancements to the implementation of major innovative solution projects).

What will you do?

• Being responsible for supporting and improving solutions within the BTS Finance Performance area with special focus on Controlling and Profitability analysis area (S4 CO-PA)
• Provide expertise, from functional side,  in the  application /process specialization to support the sustainability of the operations and effective performance of the business solution
• Taking an active part in projects, and process enhancement ,  run PoCs and prototypes in  a short time and measure the outcome value that might bring to our organization and the risks
• Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and  deliver timely and quality solutions to users while at the same time ensuring they utilize the full potential of the applications in the area
• Participation in the execution of the projects introduced after approved PoCs
• Conducting technology research and look for the best IT solutions ( focus on SAP area but not limited)

What are we looking for?

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in the IT area
• Previous experience with managing small/mid-size teams in different areas based on projects and assignments
• Proven background in Finance, Audit or IT Departments with focus on Finance solutions
• SAP technical background focused on CO-PA area (General controlling, profitability analysis, cost/overhead management)
• Proven experience within any of the following modules: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCM, CO-OM, CO-PCA, CO-PA and CO-PC , PPM and  PS
• Familiarity with S/4 HANA environment
• Good understanding of ABAP, such as simple debugging, BAPI, BADI, queries
• Excellent communication skills with abilities to present complex data
• Project Management skills will be considered as an asset
• Working in a multinational environments
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English
