Function: Corporate Affairs and Communications

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
The role will support to Corporate Affairs and Communications (CA&C ) to implement corporate communications activities as well as support the department in administrative tasks
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects, events in Volunteering and Employee Engagement (timeline, execution) under the supervision of the Corporate Affairs Manager and Corporate Affairs and Communications Director to help the company achieve Corporate Sustainability objectives.
- Support corporate communications activity implementation - particularly with regular management of internal communications channels to help deliver information to employees and stakeholders effectively (such as: Townhall, Company events, Stakeholder engagement activities, etc.)
- Assist CA&C team in various administrative tasks such as document translation, reporting, inventory management, PR, PO etc.
- Manage all company Workplace platforms and provide initiatives for internal activities (such as: Earth Month, Green office, etc.)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
- 3rd or final year student in university.
- Ideally exposure in youth union activities or similar
- Good English and Vietnamese communication skills
- Master of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Good project management skills, high interest in event coordination.
- Experience in basic graphic design on Canva will be an advantage.
