Consumer Experience Manager, Azerbaijan

 

Position Overview:

 

Consumer Experience Manager is responsible for driving the consumer experience strategy for allocated brands, to deploy 360° superior consumer experience. The role is responsible for translating brand objectives into an omnichannel market activation strategy and developing the mix of activities at the market level in close cooperation with local Digital team. Position includes the coordination of marketing activities to build, maintain and enhance consumer relationships and manages local consumer experience team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Leads local consumer experience strategy development and deployment;
  • Ensures proper localization of global marketing;
  • Consumer and Trade Activation Plan development and execution in close cooperation with M&S and extremal agencies;
  • Analyze and interpret internal and external data, update brands performance to understand consumer needs and trends in the context of the local market;
  • Evaluates brand performance (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) and recommends changes to the brand/portfolio strategy according to the established KPIs to ensure the achievement of objectives.
  • Consumer experience budget effectively management, control, analyze and plan.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor University degree, availability of MBA is preferable;
  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer & Trade activation in FMCG sector is a plus;
  • Required knowledge of languages as: English and Russian, knowledge of Azerbaijan language is a plus;
  • Experience in strategy and planning of modern omnichannel activation;
